GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Do you charge for Estimates?

No.  We have never charged a fee to estimate  your work.  In most cases we can provide you with a "ball park price" over the phone (or email) and provide a detailed price once we see the property.  This will give you an idea about the price and helps to keep our prices low.

Do I have to be home when you do the estimate?

No. We will evaluate your cleaning needs and communicate our findings via a written estimate, followed by a phone call and/or email.

Do I have to be home when you do the work?

That is entirely up to you and your comfort level with us. As long as we have access to the area to be cleaned, we will complete the cleaning in a professional manner. Invoicing will occur once you have inspected and are satisfied with our results.  

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.  We are fully licensed for all locations in which we operate.  We carry $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance, as well as Worker's Compensation Insurance on all representatives of our company.

What is Worker's Compensation Insurance and why should I care?

Worker's Compensation Insurance is a special policy to cover employees of the company performing the work.  Should an employee be injured on your jobsite, our insurance takes care of all expenses related to the injury.  In cases where companies or individuals operate without this coverage, the property owner may be required to provide compensation for the worker's injuries.

Why don't you post your prices on this site?

Each property we clean is unique and we will treat it as such.  Once we have agreed to a price, that is the price you pay - regardless of the effort required to complete the job.  No "add on" or "surprise" charges later.

How do you determine the price for cleaning my property?

We have three ways to calculate the price for cleaning your property: 1) Square Footage, 2) Linear Footage, and 3) Hourly Rate.  When estimating your property, we utilize all 3 methods to determine a price.  We calculate the price using each method, expecting that all three will be very close to the same.  We then add or subtract for factors such as degree of difficulty, frequency of cleaning, amount of surface to be cleaned, dirt to be removed, condition of property, etc.  We then take this price and ask ourselves..."is this a fair price?"  "Would I pay this amount to have my property cleaned?"  If the answer is yes...we present the estimate to you.

What do you clean?

We can clean almost everything on the outside of your home or business (and in some cases, a few things on the inside).  If you have something you are not sure about, please give us a call or email and we will gladly discuss your needs. 

I have a pressure washer so why do I need your services?

Cleaning is what we do.  We do not paint, landscape, or build decks.  We clean!  We specialize in one thing...providing the best cleaning solutions in the industry.  Our staff has extensive knowledge and experience in cleaning.  We research and train constantly to ensure the best results.  With our knowledge, experience, and "state of the art" equipment we can clean even the most difficult surfaces - in a fraction of the time it would take you, with unbelievable results.

Are your cleaners environmentally friendly?

Yes.  In almost all cases, the cleaning we provide is performed using environmentally, biodegradeable cleaning supplies.  We have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), which outlines the cleaners we use.  Occassionally we are confronted with stubborn stains that can only be cleaned with cleaners that do not fall within the above group.  When this occurs, the property owner will be offered the alternative cleaning solution before these cleaners are used.
